Lower eyelid fat transposition

There are two approaches to lower eyelid bag removal. One is making the incision from the outside and the other is making incision from the inside. The inside approach as done here eliminates a visable cut on the eyelid skin. The fat is moved to the area it needs to be in to fill the dark circles. This patient also underwent an endoscopic brow lift.
